2.a Understand who you are
We often pretend that we are just like other people or would be once we got that MBA, learned Spanish or got better with computers. In fact we will never be like other people. We will always be unique. Other people will point out our differences but we can choose how to react to that feedback. We can say thank you and celebrate our uniqueness or we can fight against them, say they are wrong or exclude them from our world.
